What is our Refund Policy?
- We are more than happy to accept returns within 30 days from when your order was shipped for Store Credit.
- Return items must be unworn/unwashed and in brand new condition. This includes visible signs of use including: deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc. We cannot process your Return Order if the items do not meet these conditions. A receipt or proof of purchase
- We will not issue In-Store Credit or exchange items for orders that are shipped as final sale items.
- Returns may take up to 5 business days to process once our team members receive the items. The In-Store credit will be processed as soon as possible once our team is done examining the returned items.
What is our Refund Policy?
- We do not offer Refunds for Returns. However, if we do offer Items Exchange under our Store Credit policy. Simply Return for Store Credit to repurchase what you need. Unless the items are damaged or defective, customers will be responsible for Return Shipping Cost.
- In-Store Credit issued will be for the exact price you paid for the items minus the discount amount if a discount was applied in your original order.
- We are honest and transparent to all our members & customers so we do expect the mutual respect. Please be honest with us even when you are not happy with your order and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs!
What is our Defective Items Return Policy?
